The plant is a traditional Chinese medicine with activating blood and expelling wind, calming the liver and relieving depression, improving eyesight, and relieving itching, and is used to treat headaches, dizziness, red eyes and excessive tears, bronchitis, hypertension, skin pruritus, rubella and other diseases.
