Quality & Documentation

Review product specifications, COA and applicable certification or testing documents to support ingredient selection and supplier qualification.

Documents That Support Your Ingredient Review

Before approving an ingredient, match its specification, certification scope and quality information to your project. Our team coordinates the documents available for your selected product and supplying facility.

Available Certifications

Through Purearth and our production partners, applicable certification support includes organic certification, OU Kosher, NSF cGMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP and BRCGS. Organic documentation may include USDA NOP certification through CCOF and EU organic certification.

Coverage varies by product, grade and supplying facility. Request the current certificate and scope for the ingredient you are evaluating.

Product Specifications

Compare identity, composition, appearance, analytical limits, packaging and storage requirements before selecting a sample or approving a purchase.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Review batch results against the agreed specification. Ask for the COA relevant to your sample or supplied batch.

Third-Party Testing Reports

Request applicable pesticide residue, heavy metal and microbiological reports to support your quality review. Confirm methods, scope and reporting requirements with our team.

Supplier Qualification Documents

Additional manufacturing and process information can be coordinated where available. FDA facility registration and CDPH licensing or registration documents are separate from product certifications.
